MDHE stores the data from user programs for 7 years. In the event that a client wants to rejoin, their account information will be available to them if they choose, or they have the option to start fresh with a brand new account.
You may print materials for your personal use by selecting the text, (click edit, then find “Copy”or use Ctrl + C on a PC or command + C on Mac) to copy the highlighted text and paste onto a document to print. Having spent some time entering information on your program only to see that it didn’t save is no fun and we are sorry that happened to you. Our program has a number of security features intended to protect your health information--specific to your comment, we have a time-out feature that will automatically log the user out after a period of what the program determines is inactivity. In order to be on the safe side, save your information at least every five minutes. You’ll find save buttons either nearby your text box or at the bottom of the page you’re working with.
Yes! MD Health Evolution will work just fine on your Macintosh.

On a Mac, you can use the “Command + +” to increase screen size, or “Command + -” to decrease the screen size. On a PC, you use “Ctrl + Shift + >” which will increase font to the next size in the drop-down list or “Ctrl + Shift + <” which will decrease font to the previous size in the drop-down list.
Controls for the operation of the Flash videos are found at the bottom of the video pop-up window. In the right corner, there is a box that will expand the viewing size. You can return to normal screen size by pressing your Esc key.

Yes! The Weekly Videos are structured with the intention of providing education that builds from week to week, but you may certainly skip ahead to a video that has immediate pertinence to your interest. Note that a check mark will appear next to each video you have watched, but you may certainly repeat watching as much as you like.
On the top navigation bar is a tab labeled “Resources.” This page will have the full list of resources available to your from the Live it! Exercises. In addition to the Resources list, the Personal Health Page contains the tools (Goals Page, Exercise Log, Food Log & Weight Graph) and the Video Classes Pages host the video-based education modules.
If there is an arrangement for you to receive coaching, your professional health coach is assigned to you through our coaching services. Coaches are accredited health professionals with expertise in behavior change and assigned to you based on availability. If ever you feel like you and your coach aren’t quite syncing, please let us know through the Contact Us page and we will happily re-assign you to one of our other coaches.
