  1. How do I obtain a Sponsor Code?

    Sponsor codes are provided for corporations that have partnered with MDHE, and in the future, will be offered to the public upon their successful registration payment.

  2. I lost my Sponsor Code, how do I get a new one?

    Please connect with your group/corporation contact to receive your Sponsor Code. If you are an individual who has enrolled independently, please use the Contact Us link to deliver us a message requesting a new one.

  3. I registered through the “How to Enroll” button, but never received instructions on how to complete the enrollment.

    Occasionally, our verification emails will get caught in spam and junk mail filters–please check to see if our auto-generated email is in there. Quick tip: be sure to refresh your email before you check for the message. If you still can’t find it, either use a different email to register or alert us through the Contact Us link.

  4. How do I get a health coach?

    The option to have a health coach is provided in some corporate/group accounts, but depends on the arrangement. Please direct your inquiry to your corporate/group contact. If you want more information on what a health coach is all about, details are provided in the How to Get Started link from the Video Classes page.

  5. I have lost my password…

    Don’t worry, it’s easily reset! Please visit the home page and find the linked text “I’ve lost my password.” Follow this link (or click here) and enter your email associated with the account and you will instantly receive instructions on how to reset. If the email doesn’t appear, the message might have ended up in your spam/junk mail folder. If you still can’t get that to work, use the Contact Us link for help.

  6. How do I change my password?

    On the bottom of the MDHE webpages, you will find a navigation bar that contains the link to “Update Profile.” Click there and follow the prompts to change your credentials.

  7. Can I change my email address?

  8. What happens at the end of the 12-week program?

    Our hope is that you will continue to utilize the tools and resources available through the program. Many of our clients reset their goals for another round or tackle a new set of challenges utilizing the step-wise process of the behavior change principles.

  9. What happens to my data if I stop the program and what if I want to start up at a later date?

    MDHE stores the data from user programs for 7 years. In the event that a client wants to rejoin, their account information will be available to them if they choose, or they have the option to start fresh with a brand new account.

  10. How do I print materials from the website?

    You may print materials for your personal use by selecting the text, (click edit, then find “Copy”or use Ctrl + C on a PC or command + C on Mac) to copy the highlighted text and paste onto a document to print. The materials on MDHE are copyrighted and not available for distribution. If you have any questions, please Contact Us.

  11. My information didn’t save…

    Having spent some time entering information on your program only to see that it didn’t save is no fun and we are sorry that happened to you. Our program has a number of security features intended to protect your health information--specific to your comment, we have a time-out feature that will automatically log the user out after a period of what the program determines is inactivity. In order to be on the safe side, save your information at least every five minutes. You’ll find save buttons either nearby your text box or at the bottom of the page you’re working with.

  12. Will MD Health Evolution work on my Macintosh?

    Yes! MD Health Evolution will work just fine on your Macintosh.

  13. Will MD Health Evolution work on my browser?

    Our technical staff has worked with all the major browsers to ensure they all support the program. If you come across something that doesn’t look or work correctly, please let us know through the Contact Us link.

  14. How do I increase the size of the text?

    On a Mac, you can use the “Command + +” to increase screen size, or “Command + -” to decrease the screen size. On a PC, you use “Ctrl + Shift + >” which will increase font to the next size in the drop-down list or “Ctrl + Shift + <” which will decrease font to the previous size in the drop-down list.

  15. How do I increase the size of the video?

    Controls for the operation of the Flash videos are found at the bottom of the video pop-up window. In the right corner, there is a box that will expand the viewing size. You can return to normal screen size by pressing your Esc key.

  16. What are your privacy policies?

    Our privacy policies are found within our Terms & Conditions page.

  17. Can I skip ahead to the future weeks’ videos?

    Yes! The Weekly Videos are structured with the intention of providing education that builds from week to week, but you may certainly skip ahead to a video that has immediate pertinence to your interest. Note that a check mark will appear next to each video you have watched, but you may certainly repeat watching as much as you like.

  18. Where can I find the inventory of resources?

    On the top navigation bar is a tab labeled “Resources.” This page will have the full list of resources available to your from the Live it! Exercises. In addition to the Resources list, the Personal Health Page contains the tools (Goals Page, Exercise Log, Food Log & Weight Graph) and the Video Classes Pages host the video-based education modules.

  19. How do you assign my coach?

    If there is an arrangement for you to receive coaching, your professional health coach is assigned to you through our coaching services. Coaches are accredited health professionals with expertise in behavior change and assigned to you based on availability. If ever you feel like you and your coach aren’t quite syncing, please let us know through the Contact Us page and we will happily re-assign you to one of our other coaches.

  20. Can I change coaches if I don’t feel like it’s a match?

  21. I used the Contact Us feature… how long before I get a reply?

    The Contact Us page is constantly monitored and we strive for a quick response time. To help us get you the most complete response to your inquiry, please be sure to give us as much detail as possible.

  22. Can I export the data from my program?

    We do not have an exporting feature on this version of the program, but are considering this as a value-added feature for future versions.
