ABOUT THE PROGRAM

MD Health Evolution is a web-based, twelve week comprehensive program that delivers all of the information and tools needed to live an optimally healthy life. The program is based on the principle "Learn it. Personalize it. Live it!"

  • LEARN IT. Learn what you need to know in concise, 15 minutes a week educational sessions that cover medical, nutrition and fitness material in a way that shows how all aspects of health (such as sleep, stress, nutrition, fitness and mood) interconnect and affect one another.
  • PERSONALIZE IT. Everyone is different and the key to success is learning how to personalize the main principles in a way that works for you.
  • LIVE IT! Each week, LIVE IT! exercises help you incorporate the healthy principles you have just learned into your life in a way that is both easy and manageable. Designed to help you put our tools to work in the real world setting, these exercises are based on neurobehavioral research that looks at how our brain best responds to and accepts change.
  • KEEP ON LIVING IT! At the conclusion of the 12-week program, you may continue to stay involved in the site as it is designed to help you be most successful in maintaining health the rest of your life.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Kelly Traver, MD is the founder and creator of the MD Health Evolution program. She received her medical degree from Stanford University School of Medicine and is a board-certified Doctor of Internal Medicine as well as an adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Stanford University. Dr. Traver is a former Chief Resident at Stanford and a recipient of Stanford's "Excellence in Teaching" award. Dr. Traver has practiced medicine for over 17 years, working in private practice in Menlo Park, California, before developing MD Health Evolution. In addition to teaching and practicing medicine, she also works with corporations and health care organizations to help them develop optimal health care programs for their employees and/or participants.
